| Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, Onegearstop online purchases may be shipped only to the billing address of your credit card. All purchases are shipped with one of our shipping agents. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to three BUSINESS days to process your order for shipment, in addition up to approximately seven BUSINESS days for delivery. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Onegearstop cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and Onegearstop WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for returned orders due in part by customer negligence. Tracking
We will email a sales invoice immediately after an order is placed for confirmation that your purchase had been accepted for processing.
To ensure the security of your delivery, we are unable to provide you with details on our communications with our shipping agents. However, we do provide tracking numbers after items are shipped, and maintain tracking numbers for each delivery. At times, there may be an error in providing this information to customers. As this information is provided to us by our shipping agents, customers may submit another request for further clarification. We are not liable and/or responsible for any losses or damages that may arise given such an occurrence. Refunds
Onegearstop wants to ensure your continued satisfaction. All refunds are refunded in the full amount, unless you purchase our 3 af1 or 3 jordan deal. For example, if you receive two of your items and your third item was out of stock. If you do not want a replacement item and would like to receive a refund you will only receive a partial refund. However, in order to avoid such a stage, clients are advised to clarify unclear issues before placing any orders. Please ask any questions you may have before ordering to prevent any potential problems.
Exchanges
We do not exchange merchandise here at Onegearstop, however we want to ensure your continued satisfication. Clients will be compensated if its a mistake with your order on our behalf. A digital photo is required for our staff to determine if you qualify for a free product or a discounted price.
Product Availability
All products from this website are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. Should a product not be available according to your specified sizing requirements, the NEXT HALF-SIZE (i.e. 9 ½ to 10) will be processed to minimize waiting time. Customers are advised to take this into consideration during the order process and/or contact our customer services to clarify on sizing availability.
